Restrictions of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producers determine this policy and not Cowboys Dancehall. Please check the event detail page for the concert or event that you are attending.
On nights without a concert or special event Non-Professional cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lense 3 or 6 inches in length) and cameras placed on a tripod are not allowed in Cowboys Dancehall unless accompanied by proper media credentials provided by Cowboys Dancehall or event producers.
Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited any time that Cowboys Dancehall is open to the public.
Guest are not permitted to bring any type of drinks into Cowboys Dancehall. Guests are allowed to bring food such as birthday cakes, party platters and catered items into Cowboys Dancehall.
Handicapped parking is available on the front row of our Parking lot.. Wheelchair escorts are provided by our Floor Staff. Please ask any Cowboys Dancehall Team Member for assistance. To arrange services in advance, please call 214-352-1796 M-F between 10 AM and 4 PM.
For all events guests entering the club must be 18 years of age or older.
